I have Magix products registered on two accounts. One of them, where I have Xara Pro, I cannot log in to. I have tried password reset (several times) and checked the SPAM bin to no avail. I am in touch with the Xara Pro CEO and he says that Magix accounts are out of his jurisdiction. I cannot make a support request unless I log in and I cannot log in because I am locked out of my account. Is there any way to reach support? Even logging in to my main Magix account does not have the option.
I also would like to move my Xara Pro registration to my main Magix account, which I do have access to. At the time, Magix support wrote that they do not have the technology to do this. I am wondering when they might have the technology.
Also, I pre-ordered Sound Forge, which will be available some time this month (according to an email). Does anyone know when?
