I recently got music maker 2019 premium, I downloaded pads and live sets from the store and also Ozone elements and a couple of other things, I can not find them anywhere in my magix and the store wont let me get them again as they have already been purchased. I don't know what to do!

Have you tried selecting download all purchased content from the Store tab?
There's an options button there where you should see download all purchased content. It's the round cog icon.

Assuming the extras downloaded and installed correctly.
Ozone Elements is available in the Track Effects and Master effects dialogs - to access these there are several ways form the menu, using the FX button directly above the track numbers, and in the Mixer - track and master FX once you have opened the Track or Master Effects dialog click the + icon ,arrowed in the image below, and follow the path shown.
Pads are available by clicking the icon shown below
The sets are the presets for the pads.

Thank you for your help, I've done this and they are still not there, I can't download them again as they have already been downloaded. They seem to have vanished and variverb and vita 2 are also vanished 😒
