Tried to record Vinyl. The recorded file has a periodical beep.

Provide a lot more detail (and by "detail" I mean like what I have in my siggy) about your recording rig. The problem MIGHT be RFI, but can't say for certain at this point.

I'll add that your problem sounds like one I occasionally have when I'm using a USB audio interface.

An occasional beep can also be an trial version of a plug-in or other software.

btw, welcome to the Magix Sound Forge forum @yh13.

I am using SF 13 Pro (I used to use 11 on a different, old computer, and I had no problem). I am using USB interface. The recorded file contains a beep every 4.8 seconds or so. The sound of the beep is different each time. I followed rraud's previous suggestion on his post to uninstall and reinstall the program. For an hour after re-installation, it was OK. But now, I saw it has come back. Any suggestion? I appreciate your help!

Try inputting directly into the computer's analog jack, if you can, and see if that helps. I'd like to determine whether or not the interface is contributing to the problem.

I've used dodgy USB devices to record, and I've sometimes gotten a periodic impulse in the recording that's the result of the USB connection.
