Tried downloading it twice but it will not open

It starts to initialise but then will not go any further. What is the problem?

@JE-ROMERO It could be that Windows Defender or a firewall is blocking the process. Maybe try to disable them temporarily and reactivate them later.

I discovered an error notice that is telling me that I might need to update my graphics card, although it did also mention drivers. I am on a different computer at the moment but I will copy in the error notice hopefully tomrrow
