Trial version of PRO X3 error during burn process

I downloaded the trial version of pro x3 to try and burn the job I edited in the purchased version mep17plus hd. Because of the sound delay in mep17. Pro X3 starts the encoding process preparing to burn but then it errors. Can anyone help?

What is the error code?

Can you post the error log?

Can you burn the image using the Image Recorder?
