Hi and welcome to the forum.

The only reason why this would occur is if you have previously tested Photo Manager?

Once a previous test trial period has expired the program can not be uninstalled/re-installed or installed on to another computer and activated.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

The only circumstances in which I have seen this message is if you are attempting to reinstall the trial version of the app having previously had it installed at ANY time in the past.

So, have you ever had any version of PM previously on your computer? If you have, I don't think you will be able to "restart" your trial.

OTOH, if this is the first time you have ever had PM installed on your computer I think we need rather more details of your computer and, perhaps, a screenshot of the message which tells you the trial has expired.
