Make sure to check your spam filter in those situations. The automated e-mails from the MAGIX servers tend to end up there sometimes. If necessary, get in touch directly with MAGIX customer service. They can look up the code that was generated under your account and resend it over the support system, or can find some other way to sort you out with a possibility to trial the software prior to purchase.
