I have ran the bug fix for it (downloaded gen17_geomodul_fix_en.exe) and did not help. I can enter a city name but can't find it (not even London).
I have reinstalled the whole Magix Video editor, but no luck. Any suggestions at all? Thanks a lot.

What product and version are you using?
Please describe exactly what happens, starting from Edit > Wizards > Travel route animation...
In particular, what do you see after typing 'London' and pressing the Enter key?
Is this new behaviour, or have you never been able to use this feature?

Hi Terry. After entering the city name it comes up with the message " Cannot find specific location ". A while ago (12+ months) I started using this feature. That is to say, wanted to use it, as it did not work. I applied the fix and it fixed it. I used it once and did not touch it for this while (same 12+ months:) Then I started using it again last month and it did not work. I applied the fix again, and reinstalled the lot, and applied the fix again. No luck :( Any ideas / suggestions?

I downloaded version PRO 2014 PLUS and this version's animation runs perfectly. So you would say that is not related to any of the standard drivers. I tried copying the related software to my Pro 17 but that raises serious error messages. Anybody else with any suggestions?
I obviously had a play with version PRO 2014 PLUS, but wonder what the difference is. I seems a little faster loading a project. However, what I really don't like is the fact that it doesn't come with any default/standard music for the Sound-track maker. You have to buy it. Does anybody know about any free sounds at all?
I have the same problem with my Magix Movie Editor Pro 17 Plus (version 10.0.11.0).
It does not recognize any city, e.g. San Francisco, Berlin ....
