Not quite sure what you are referring to, but I'm guessing you have the download version of Photostory 7. In this case, you'd have to click, within the program, "Help" - "Free download" - a browser window will then open with addtional content packs for your program version. Once you've downloaded them, double click on them to install them (they'll appear as .exe files).
