Transfer of Vegas Pro 15 Licence to another person

I have licenses for the full versions of Vegas Pro Edit 14, 15 and 16. I am currently using Vegas Pro 16 for myself. A colleague of mine would like to learn how to edit video. Is it permissible to transfer my Vegas Pro Edit 15 license to him as I am no longer using it and have no plans to use it again?
