Transfer license to another user

Hi there

I am upgrading to the latest version of Sound Forge. Is it possible to transfer the serial number of the previous version to another person? Do I need a transfer form for it? Please inform.

@Michael-Cohen You need to ask infoservice@magix.net for help to deactivate your old serial in your user account. Another user can register this serial after this is done. It is possible that a deactivation will cost a $10 fee.
