Tracks are moving together after updating MEP 2013

I just applied a patch to MEP 2013 and now when I move a lower video track, the video tracks above move with the track. If I slide track 5 left & right, the tracks directly above move left & right. If I slide track 4 left & right, tracks above move left & right but lower track 5 does not move. The tracks are not grouped. I want to slide each track separately. Has something changed with the defaults after applying the update to 12.0.3.4?

The update must have reset the program to all defaults. I had forgotten about the Mouse Mode Selection feature. I just had to change Mouse Mode from "All Tracks" to "Object".

I was going to just delete my bonehead question but figured I'd leave it here just in case I do it again a year from now!
