My older version 13 had 16 tracks. For some reason, it stopped working. I purchased the 2022 version and it only has 8 tracks. How do I get more?
After installation login to your account in the program put in the serial number and download the content for your Edition. Music Maker 2022 is free and that's what gets installed. You then download the content included with your edition. What edition did you buy.
Really disappointed with Magix. My old Magix 2013 just stopped working. Got a message that "Magix 2013 doesn't work anymore". I need Magix on the old computer. I can download to a new computer, but only get 8 tracks. When I attempt to register, I enter the code and then it asks for email and password. I enter exactly what I'm using on this site, then I get an error message saying can't complete my purchase. Crazy and disappointing. The old computer gives me a WIN32 error when I try to download the new program. I feel I just wasted my $60.

Enter the email address and password you used to purchase Music Maker, it does not matter if it is no longer used or available.
MMM 2013 has not been stopped from working by Magix as you appear to have inferred - something has changed on the computer or stopped the program from working.
What changed on the computer between working and not working?
Was there an error message and code given?
Have you done a full restart of the computer ie Windows key, Power button, Restart ?

I tried the restart twice. Does not change. Nothing has changed on the computer. Everything else works fine. My Audio Lab program works perfectly. Just MM 2013 that is not working. The new MM 2022 does not load on this computer. I get this message: %1 is not a valid WIN32 application. (193)
@Jeff-Oteri Music Maker 2022 is not a 32 bit application and will not work on your 32 bit operating system. That's why are getting the error message. Have you tried to completely reinstall Music Maker 13?
