Track EQ doesn't open

I cleaned out my computer because it had a few problems. After downloading and starting up Samplitude 13 again I noticed that all effects (eq, compressor, reverb) were gone from my recorded projects.

When I open a project, I get many (about thirteen) long messages with errors, but it begins with: Could not load: DSP_DLL_18.dll (Graph EQ).,,

No one of the effects (through Track effects: Dynamics, Delay/Reverb, EQ) open when I click them.

I have Windows 10.

Hi,

Did you downoad and install all of the additional downloads? If not, then do so. The download stuff is under the Help menu.

I have, all but the first three;  Demo projects, introductory videos and Solo & jam..., but I'm downloading them as well, to see if it helps.

I re-installed Samplitude 13, and that worked, kind of. Now the effects are back, so I can use them again, but I have to go through them again in my songs/projects, because they are all totally flat/dry.
