Too Much Downloading / Download Full installer

Where can I go to just download the full program?

Also, PhotoStory is huge and takes forever to download. Then you have to download another 530mb update that they should have at this point updated the installer to this version. Then there are more add-ons topping over a gig. I also noticed there isn't much effects/music/transistions in this program and I though there would be a lot more. And with these many gigs you would think it would be loaded.
