TIME COMPRESSION ISSUE Samplitude Pro X4 15.3.0.471

I've actually had this problem for a while so I'm hoping that maybe someone can help resolve this for me.

I'm a producer/voice over artist using Samplitude Pro X4 15.3.0.471 and often times I'm needing to time compress some reads. In doing so the older version allowed me to take a piece, edit it up and then highlight the whole audio and then hit time compress and I'd be done!. Easy Peazy! Unfortunately, since the upgrade to Pro X4, (yes I'm aware of the upgrade to Prox5) someone tweaked the software and it doesn't allow me to do that anymore without literally, painstakingly taking each piece of edited audio and hitting "resampling/time stretching" and then dropping down to "Monophonic voice" and then hitting "Format Factor Correction" so that I can get rid of the phasing audio sound I get on all time compressed objects. It's been very frustrating. I've even sent in my complaint to Magix and no one ever responds. I've been using these products for 15 plus years. Any help from you guys is appreciated. It looks like we're all on our own to fix these issues as tech support doesn't exist.
