I purchased a number of  soundpools today and all the formats are .MXCOGG ? Previously  they have been just .ogg and useable in my other audio software, but now I cant use them fully. These ones were  purchased through a version of music makes I have V 25.1.1.67 ( reciently updated itself and now requires activation again ). How can I get the soundpools in a useable  format please?

I should add that I prefer to use   formerly Sony Acid pro which  you guys now own and sell. I want to use the soundpols in that.

thanks.

ok, so I don't have Music Maker pro, I had the basic one. How are those  files available to me to buy and ultimately be useless. How can I get a refund ?

You should be able to use them in the free version of MusicMaker.
