Three problems of Sound Forge 12 (bugs? or?)

1. Sometimes Sound Forge 12 cannot start up, run but no Forge120 program process are running finally.

2. No any sounds output when playing back, with ASIO, no levels in my Echo Audiofire console meters, no any buffers are being counted in my Echo FireWire Analyzer. But sounds are alright and buffers are being counted fine as usual in my Foobar2000, Sound Forge 11 build 345 and Cakewalk SONAR.
