Unfortunately, @Former user was right (sort of) and your post has been edited to remove the highly offensive language.
Magix do not use a support system where a user can talk direct to any support personnel. The approach is via a ticket system, created from this page, where the problem can be sent to the appropriate support person and tracked throughout. From a user's point of view it may not be "ideal" - there is no chance of an "immediate" response, other than an automated notification of receipt of the ticket - but it does work and I have always found that my questions are answered.
If you wish to continue to have access to these user to user forums, please ensure you follow the Community rules, specifically, in your case, #1, to which you agreed when your signed up, and refrain from using language that could be considered as offensive.

I will have to agree with the original poster as well (minus the language) but I understand his frustration. I am on the verge of losing interest altogether myself. Last I had heard from Magix was about a month ago and all they said was "an update will be released soon however, the issues I am having, weren't solved". Its safe to say that AcidPro is once again on the same path as Sony's and to add insult to a frustrated buyer/user, there is no direct support line.
Samplitude users had to wait like half a year for a "soon" Pro X4 update but it came one day. One month is not a long time for solving complex software programming problems.
Does Magix really have the resources to support all this software? They have had Samplitude for ages but they have a raft of commercial AV software aimed at the home user. And they bought the Acid software plus Soundforge and Vegas. This leaves them with a pile of more professional software to support and develop. Not forgetting Sequoia.
Many other DAW companies have either one product or a small range of products. Steinberg may have gone into vst instruments and effects and even hardware but they have a core of main software. Abelton do Abelton, Reaper do Reaper. FLStudio do FLStudio. So my question is do Magix lack the focus needed for all this software.

How about 3 years? There is more in there that you missed. It was one of the replies with same content a month ago. My problems remain since version 8. And the post is about "Support". Please stick to it. Anyway, you missed the point entirely.

Gentlemen, I think this thread has continued for long enough!
The OP used unacceptable language, as already noted, and I thank the remainder of you for NOT continuing in the same vein! However, I think the issue has now been "explored" as widely as it can be and hence, I am going to close this thread. We do not want a "Let's bash Magix" thread!
One thing to note: when Magix took on those additional products from Sony I understand they also took on at least some of the staff who had been working on those products.
