Hi Anirban,

It kind of depends on what you want to do with it from a motion point of view.  If you want the guy running and the fire/explosion to be part of the motion, I would film the running guy on green or blue screen, use a alpha channel effect for the fire/explosion, and have create the rest as amulti-layer jpeg that I would use as the background.

Here is a short yet weird example of what I mean using the elements above (sorry my green screen images are limited).
