The Timer

Is there a setting to trigger to actually get the 'Timer' to work when importing audio from the internet, or even the view to show the current length of the recording?

At the moment once the recording has passed what you can initially see in the opening page, all I get is to see what has been

recorded but not what is being recorded. The program gives me no idea as to the length of recording nor is the 'Timer' counting up.

Screenshot above to illustrate.

Hi George,

Click on Settings - bottom middle of your screen. There you have the timer and you can set the recording duration and much more.

The timer that you see at the bottom right of the arranger is the location of the playback marker. You have the playback marker at the beginning, thus it shows 0.
