All you need do is to enter your title text object, select it, and then go to 'Effects' >> "View / Animation' >>  'Rotation / Mirror'.

I've done it on some random characters entered using an online Hebrew keyboard, shown as it displayed when entered and then a copy with vertical mirror effect.
