The Spacebar in SF 12 Pro

I thought I could deal with it - BUT I CAN'T - HOW can I get the Spacebar in SF12 to be STOP/PLAY - and NOT STOP/ARM RECORD - which is what it is doing - straight out of the box (so to speak) - AND NO I do not want to ALWAYS use the Stop button - The Spacebar Like the other SF's should not have changed - STOP/PLAY - is what it should default to unless you change it - except Mine does NOT do that! - Any ideas?

That's odd. I have SF12 here and the spacebar plays and stops the audio file. I never changed the settings.

You can look under Options->Customize Keyboard if your Spacebar was changed to another command.

Spacebar "STOP/ARM RECORD". That is odd indeed. .
Have you tried resetting SF and clearing the cache? If that does not help... uninstall/reinstall It is often preferable to use a third-party uninstaller that can remove leftover register entries. folders and other pertinent data files the OS uninstall leaves behind. Corrupted registry entries are often the root of an abnormal behavior issue
Revo Uninstall is highly regarded. There is a freeware version as well as ta pro version. The freeware version is adequate for most folks, but the pro version usually will not break the bank either
