The server does not want to activate my old Xara Web&desiner 9 Pro

Dear Friends, hello.

I have two old products by Xara: Web Designer Pro 9 and Web & Layout 10. The second is always activating good, that is, your server is allowing to activate. But, because of my three mistakes during activating the first one, the server always starts thinking and is stuck. It does not want to activate the first product. Usually I re-install my windows 10 64-bit and all soft in it in 1-2 months, because sometimes Windows 10 64-bit losts sound after updating. I do not know what to do. Tell me what should I do in this case? Thank you anyway.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff and it is not our server that is giving you the problem.

As you say, both softwares are now old. However, I think you should be able to activate them properly but you admitted in this post that you had made mistakes during the activation process. In such a situation I think the only suggestion we can make is that you email infoservice@magix.net, explain fully the problem you are seeing, and ask for their assistance to resolve it.

Your thread cannot be deleted, even by me! It can be hidden or closed (by me) but I propose to NOT do that, since the information may well prove helpful to other users who might encounter a similar problem.
