When I start my arrangement, my timer bar (the red one) doe not move and it had before when I started the music arrangement and the music plays but I do not know where I am on the arrangement, plus the time doesnt move either.
I have Windows 8 using Magic Music Maker 13 and MX. it has worked in the past and now i get no movement from the bar but the music palys and i can still position it where i want but once I start the arrangement, it doesn't move...
Do you mean Music Maker 2013? any way there is an easy solution if you like.
Try resetting the program to its default. File, Settings, Reset.
NOTE: if you have changed some settings as per your need that will be lost. Therefore, before you do RESET it is better to write them some where so later you can use if you need.

Same here - started Apr 7th in USA - Music Maker Prem 14 - no export functions - no red bar movement, no time bar functions. Tried resetting all - no good - still no export functions, no time functions, no moving red maker.
Others have same issue, on same date - not a user caused action - no new update from Windows.
How does one report this to the programmers?

It is always better to ask a question with new thread as there is a chance most people might not read this thread. Any way, as you said if it is date related in that case try updating Adobe flash, Java, Browser and Windows. Before updating clear browser's history and cookies.
Music Maker Prem 14? do you mean MMM 2014 or MMM 14?

I have red bar movement now.
Reinstalled Music Maker - did not work.
Checked for Windows updates - had two uninstalled optional updates.
One deals with day-light saving (old time first weekend in April).
Installed both updates - Music Maker works!
