The Purchase Icon doesn't work/Is MMM-2020 a reflection of the year?

So, I owned Magix Music Maker 2015 Premium and I praised it. Had no issues, a long list of sound pools and keyboard effects; so I was psyched when I purchases MMM-2020. And I'm kind of sad I have. All the loops I had are gone (Even after using my activation code) and now instead of 16 tracks I'm down to 8 and have to purchase the other 8. This happened after the last updates to the program. Now, with all my complaints, of which there are a good handful, the program is incredibly easy to use. But, my new, major, issue is that the 'Purchase' Icon doesn't even work now. In attempting to get my sound pools back that I originally had, and too increase the number of tracks (Honestly guys, was zur Hölle?!? I pay $80USD and i have to repurchase ALL mu pools back AND purchase 8 new tracks that I already had? Geldhungrige Gremlins!) annnnnywho, is there a way to solve the issue of not being able to purchase anything, is the Magix team aware of this issue (Seeing that its been this way since May 2020) or what's the deal?
  I can understand if ya'll think this comes off pretty rude, and it does, but after using your 2015 premium product and being so happy with it, your 2020 version is honestly bull ***. I expected more from such a great company. And the ads for ya'lls 2021-MMM that pop up every time I start the program is just adorable. So, If there something I'm missing due to my frustrations, please let me know, or if it's something the company is looking into because it's a known issue, please let me know. If MMM-2020 is a reflection of the year itself and is just a dumpster fire of a mess and you're offering roll-backs to MMM-2019 with ALL THE ORIGINAL SOUND POOL + THE POOLS CUSTOMERS HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED............let me know..

The answer is no you don't have to purchase more tracks. It sounds like your just using the base free version and haven't downloaded all the content. Log in to the store through the program and then you can add all the free content (More tracks and formats is the one that will give you far more than 16 tracks) and also choose all the other content you want. As to the older soundpools I'm not sure exactly how it works with versions before they introduced the store. Either you'll be able to download such content once logged into the store or you can add new soundpools which can include soundpools on your PC from the Loops tab. I assume you have activated the program.

My issue is that I’m already logged in and have used my validation code and I still can’t purchase anything and still don’t have all my old pools or anything else before the update. I appreciate your help, but, it’s stuff I’ve already tried. TY though.

@Simon-Gifford

To get your old Soundpools, you have to tell MusicMaker where they are. Under Loops, click on the gear icon, Add Soundpools and navigate to where your soundpools are located, most likely under:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools

unless you deleted them.

Hi

. . . . My issue is that I’m already logged in and have used my validation code and I still can’t purchase anything and still don’t have all my old pools or anything else before the update. . . .

Assuming the MMM 2015 serial number was picked up by MMM 2020 on install, log out of the Store, restart Music Maker and log back in to the Store all downloads for MEP 2015 should appear in the downloads tab or appear in the appropriate tabs if still installed, and you should be able to set more tracks in the project settings dialog.
