Hey. I bought / downloaded that new Movie edit pro plus 2021. But now no video is showing, although everything worked in the previous version. I have installed already once again. does not work. So the downloaded video clip is not visible, only the sound is heard. I also bought Mpeg-4 codec. What do I do?

Please take down your posted image as you are showing your product activation key on a public forum.
If your previous version of MEP was earlier than the 2020 version then your system no longer meets the newer required minimum system specs and the program can no longer use any of your GPUs for hardware acceleration, so hardware acceleration needs to be turned off in the program and set to use Windows compatibility mode.
That should then allow the program to display visuals.

That is really user choice.
If you are still happy with the programs performance and like the new layout or additional benefits once you have it running then why not keep it?
If you disappointed or find it does not run then go back to your previous version.
However, as you have not really given any information on your system specification I have assumed it has not changed since you bought the previous version of Movie Edit Pro. That is speculation on my part based on the information you supplied. I could be wrong.

Two possible solutions.
In Program settings, Import/Export tab, uncheck "Hardware acceleration for playback if possible."
If that doesn't work, Program settings, Display options, change the video mode to Compatibility mode. You can also try other secondary settings for your Standard mode display.
