The problem with getting AC3 surround sound 5:1 format of the final output file after installation

Hi I have the software Video Deluxe 14 Plus version 7.5.3.1 and I have a problem at the output with Dolby Digital 5:1 or AC3 format, of course, warn that I have unlocked all the features in programie.Konkretnie I mean that when AC3 output format for home theater after ripping dvd disc the sound is only audible on speakers, front and center suboferze, rear speakers do not hear even though the ampitunerze of home theater information that is displayed with an optical cable, dvd player the sound is transmitted in Dolby Digital and also such information appears in the tv screen when I enter a dvd player audio.Co option may be the cause? the output sound card is also set to 5:1 surround sound in komputerze.Montuję only movies in the input and output MPEG 2 file, I will be grateful for your help how can this problem which is underlaid rozwiązać.Dźwięk the dvd image is output wav file format stereofoniczny.Przepraszam course that some words can be confusing but I do not know English perfectly and I use the translator to internecie.Pozdrawiam all and I hope to help.

Your post is a little difficult to read/understand because (?) Polish words seem to keep appearing!

I think what you are asking is how to create a Dolby Surround Sound (5.1, AC3) DVD with MEP 14+.  I honestly don't know but I'm not even sure you can.  I think AC3 5.1 only came with later versions.
