Sorry to hear about the problem, but without a lot more detail from you we stand very little chance of being able to help you! First, please read this post and give us ALL the information requested there.

Then, take a screenshot of the MM Program Settings>Audio/MIDI tab and post it here. The problem you have is almost certainly caused by a driver problem and all this requested information will help us to help you!
