The Modo Bass 2 Mystery

Who can help me with following mysterious problem: I am using Modo Bass 2 as a VSTi bass guitar. When I have changed some parameters of the VSTi and return to the main screen of Music Maker some MIDI 'notes' seem to have changed , which of course makes the bass part out of key? Any ideas?

@Guy-VV You mean the MIDI notes really moved to a different note value? Or just the sound changed?

Yes, the MINI notes moved to a different position!

@Guy-VV Could be a problem with the keyboard shortcuts and the keyboard focus between the MIDI editor and the plugin window. Usually you can move notes with the arrow keys. Maybe you pressed them during editing the preset?
