The following VST plug-in cannot be loaded: Vita and DN-e1, plus i lost basic soundpools

I had Music Maker 2015 Trial and when i wanted to buy it, turned out that new Music Maker is out so i bought 2016 version. Instaler asked me if i wanted to instal new or update the previous version. I chose to update previous version but got this error when I clicked some loops in Media Pool:

The following VST plug-in cannot be loaded: DN-e1

Plus i had some problems with loudness so i did uninstall all Magix programs I found on my PC and then fresh install it from musicmaker2016_dlm file. I have Windows 7 PRO 64bit.

But now I got the same errors:

The following VST plug-in cannot be loaded: DN-e1

The following VST plug-in cannot be loaded: Vita

Plus i lost basic soundpools. I only found demo soundpools on my PC.

Where can I find all those plugins?

Did you recently upgrade you PC to Windows 10? and was MMM already installed before the upgrade?

No, I have Win7 all the time. Didn't reinstall system on my PC either.

During the night i did reinstall MMM one more time. I removed all previous instalations and installed it in different location on disk E:\MyPrograms\Magix. Then I clicked in MMM "reset program settings to default". After that I instaled update and downloaded free add-on package with Vita in it. It seems that everything is working fine now. No errors and I can finally see DN-e1 and Vita Sampler and Vita2 in my Instruments in Media Pool.

I also found on my disk folder with soundpools from previous version of MMM called basic_21 but i still can't add them to my soundpools in Media Pool. I clicked add in soundpools, selected the folder and nothing happend. I did change the name of folder, copy it to different loaction and nothing :( How can I add them??

I acctually can't add any sound into my soundpools. I can select them all in FileBrowser but can't add them into styles. When I click add on top styles i got message adding files but nothing is added :(

I'm not sure how to add them, since Magix changed some of the folder names. I did find a post in here somewhere that someone posted showing you how to add files to a folder or copy older MMM version files to your new MMM on your harddisk. I will try and find it, if not go through here again and search for it.

I am fully convinced after spending 16 1/2 hours trying to find a solution to this problem that both Windows 10 and MAGIX customer service, SUCKS! The program is useless as well as 5 years of music that I have composed! I just dont get the concept of paying money for a program that gets broken with every update!

I dont know what else to do....BUY a whole new computer...trash 5 years of music and Start from the begining!

I've had a similar experience with both the forums and customer service. This same exact issue just happened to me with an original song I worked extensively on and was wanting to put some finishing touches on today before publishing it...but now it won't load any of my VITA instruments and NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I haven't updated MMM, I haven't updated windows, I haven't changed a thing!

What does this have to do with a thread from 2015? If you have windows 10 than windows will update automatic.
