This is the fix for older Software eg Music Maker 1013
DO NOT RUN THE INSTALLER this will fail
DO NOT Run start
Place disk into drive and explore the disk and open the Product folder now search for a install application called MM19dl_setup this bypasses the installer and puts the main program on.
The issues is with the add ons this crashes the installer so avoid them
Strange that there is no comend from Magix support on this
I have now got all my older software dating back from 2013 onwards with no issus at all
the issues as i stated is the first installer program, running the install program from the Software folder works
The atitude Magix support is taking is well discusting they no how many Magix products i have, and its not as if they didnt no windows 10 was coming.
Being transparent would of sold more products then saying sorry older software does not work you need to spend more money, Sorry we dont fall for that.
Other software manufacture have been more supportive because of this they have and are doing well
Mgaix support = 3 out of 10
