I am a user of Movie edit pro 2013 plus.The above is a message i got whenever i clicked on a 3D effect.The message  says...C/program data/magix/movie edit pro 15 plus/title/xara3D/lighting/3D flow.x3D

cannot be read.make sure the drive is not full or write protected.

If you do not have the authorization to write or read from this path contact the adminstarator.

i need to fix this problem asap. I have a lot of video editing that needs to be finished. so any help would be appreciated

Hi,

1. Can you confirm that you get that identical message if you choose any 3D title?

2. Is the file specified really 3D flow.x3D or is it 3Dflow.x3D (without the space)?

3. Is this a new problem? IOW, have you previously successfully used MEP 2013 3D titles, and if so which ones?

4. Do you also have MEP 15 installed?

5. If you search your HD for 3dflow.x3d what results do you get (and what sizes are they)?

6. Does your 2013 3D Titles window look like this?

7. As you see, I don't appear to have a 3D title named 3DFlow accessible in MEP 2013 Premium, although I do have the file 3dflow.x3d in my MEP 15 and MEP 16 folders, for example at
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MAGIX\Movie_Edit_Pro_15_Plus\Titles\Xara3D\Lighting\3dflow.x3d

(I suspect the reason is the absence of a translation.ini file, but that's another matter.)

8. I assume you've tried File > Settings > Reset program settings to default... and rebooting PC then starting a fresh project in MEP?

Hi

Are you editing a project that was originally started in MEP 15 ?

. . .   'whenever i clicked on a 3D effect' . . .

Exactly where are you clicking - on a title object on the timeline or in the Titles tab, 3D, Different ?

It looks like this particular title effect was dropped in version 17.

John

That was 5 days ago, so presumably you lost interest? Or you fixed it and couldn't find time to let us know? Or...? Feedback is always appreciated.
