I have had to have my PC rebuilt and have re-installed the Audio Cleaning Lab 17 deluxe.   I have used various versions of Cleaning Lab for years without problems.   Now it refuses to recognise an audio file on my computer which, in fact, plays perfectly well on the Windows player.   On attemting to open said file, I am told it does not exist !!!   I do not understand what has gone wrong, can you advise pleae ?

If you have a folder of songs/music that you have used ACL on sucessfully, try to move your problem child to that folder.  #2...you can try and rename the file, and use a name of a file or song/music you used ACL on but name it number 1, such as...you used ACL sucessfully on Happy Birthday, rename your problem Happy Birthday1...

#3you might need to chanage the file extension to something ACL likes
