The Audio Format can not be used

I have been a user of Audio Cleaning Lab for many years. I am now on 15 (Vers 10.2)

I haven't used it for a little while, but I have just tried to import a CD.

When I try to load in flac or mp3 formats I get the following error message:

This Audio Format cannot be used. Please install the correct Runtime Modules for this codec.

When I try to load in wav format I get the following error message:

Error occurred while opening the Wave file!

Has anyone any clue as to what has caused this to start happening now?
Has anyone got a cure?

I had this happen and reinstalled the program to make it work.

That is indeed what I eventually ended up doing.

Once removed and then re-installed .. all was ok.
