@Bthanse Here are some ideas. You can generate an audio object for each word and timestretch and pitchshift it. You can also use vocal tune to change the pitch. Also try the Orange Vocoder effect on the audio. You could use a sampler VST to load the vocal snippets and play them.

Other than that there are "singing" virtual Instruments out there like Yamaha Vocaloid, Plogue Chipspeech, RealiTone Realivox Blue.
