I think that I once saw an animated cartoon of a small steam train travelling through countryside. Now I can't find it anywhere. I think it was amongst templates, but no sign of it now. I have MEP Plus from 2013 to 2016. Does anyone know where I might find it?

I think the one you are referring to is located on the Effects Tab, Design Elements, Intros/outros and is called Train (intro) and (outro).

You may find that the outro plays the wrong preview clip - it does insert the correct clip when you add the effect to a video object.
