Surely this is a mistake. It doubt that the Music Maker Plus I bought and registered 2 days ago is already too old to be eligible for tech support.... Is there anyone out there who can help me get around this roadblock?
Thanks, @johnebaker . . . Do you know what that email address might be? It doesn't seem to be available on the website. And support-at-magix.com doesn't work.
Yep, I wrote the email address right, but the Magix server bounced this back at me:

I'm having the same issue. I purchased MMPremium 2019 like a week ago at most. I ran into a problem installing iZotope and discovered that my product is too old and to buy a support ticket for $13
I was planning to upgrade my Acid Pro (bought when it was still Sony) now I'm not so sure I will. I mean email tech support should be free with purchase at least a year.
Good to know I'm not the only one with this problem - but it sucks to know it's been around a year or so . . . 😒

The problem is you need to completely log out of your Magix account online. When you log back in you will get free access to support.

This!
Unfortunately, the database used by the support website and the actual main product database are sometimes not perfectly in sync. So, sometimes the support site doesn't pick up on your most recent purchase, until you force the syncing by logging out and back in. This should no longer be an issue going forward, when the new support website is launched in the not-too-distant future. Sorry for the hassle.
Magix it maybe Magic it ain't. Where no, how do I get a code? My product is too old they say, but there is nowhere to buy a code. I have spent ages typing out what is wrong with my programme Only to have a flag requiring a code so when I go to buy a code it tells me unavailable try again later. HELP ME PLease, Magix
