System error: mfc120.dll needs to be reinstated

When I try to open Audio Cleaning Lab a system error window pops up saying: The code executed cannot proceed because mfc120.dll was not found. Will you please tell me a safe site to go to to reinstall this program. HELP PLEASE! My job depends on Audio Cleaning Lab. I desperately need to open my music editing. Thank you!!!

@Cay-Harkins Your Windows installation is incomplete. It should help if you install the missing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. You can find and download them here:
