I have Magix Movie Edit pre premium 2018 and can not seem to figure out hot to sync my video clips with the beats to audio automatically. I have tried BPM Wizard but must be missing something?

In order to sync image changes and effects to music you need to use the Slideshow Maker wizard to create the movie and adjust the timings of the changes and effects. The BPM wizard is used to detect the music beat for, if it cannot detect the beat correctly then you 'tap out' the beat - for more information see page 230 in the installed PDF manual available under Help.
Syncing video is not ideal for the Slideshow Maker wizard due to there lengths not being adjustable as still images - in this case you would have to adjust the video manually to fit the beat which is not always achievable.
