The MIDI keyboard (view->keyboard) always sends a program change message preceding each note. Is there any way to turn that off? The help file says "The Send Program Changes command must be selected if you want to be able to select instruments. Program changes are sent only when a key on the MIDI Keyboard is clicked." I'm assuming that the unlabeled on/off button at the top left corner of the keyboard is the Send Program Changes command, but as soon as I press a key it turns back on and sends program change. I'm not seeing an option in preferences.
