Supposing Some Updates: Tempo change

amenproletar wrote on 9/7/2017, 9:04 AM

Hi everyone, nationwide. I am always requesting updates for my favorite music software.

This time, I want to request the tempo change. for example, I want from bar 1 to bar 40 at 130 BPM, then, from Bar 41 to 50 at 120 BPM. Then change it to 130 again... Clear? I meant that you select a specific Tempo in every single part of your track.

Is it possible? or, does it exist?

Not possible in MusicMaker. You need Samplitude Music Studio or Samplitude for tempo changes.

Hi

. . . . I meant that you select a specific Tempo in every single part of your track. Is it possible? or, does it exist? . . . .

It does exist in Music maker, it is called Tempo pitch/resample (Shift P) and it is possible, however, there is a complication in doing it - you have to apply the tempo change individually to every audio object in the range you need to change the tempo for.

There is no global way of doing this for all objects in a section that you want to change, which is what I think John CB is referring to.

Someone please help! I used the old version for MANY years and loved it for cutting my dance music. I got the new 2019 version and can't figure out what the heck I'm doing. I want to speed up just ONE section of my music, but it doesn't let me on this new one. When I right click the section and go to pitch/tempo - all of the options are greyed out and unable to be selected. What am I doing wrong?! I contacted Magix and they will NOT help me. I looked for tutorials with no luck. I tried everything I could think of. I purchased some things in the store - am I purchasing the wrong ones? Is there something I need to buy to change the tempo of my music?? PLEASE HELP ASAP
