How do you get support, sales and Technical, from Magix. The reno number they provide is useless and no body ever answers and you cannot leave any message.
Are they getting rid of the Sony Movie Studio software?
Any information would be appreciated.

Sony has not owned Vegas for years. Vegas is no longer developing new versions of Movie studio.
That program name is being transferred across to the main parent company Magix and will now be a part of their Movie Edit Pro program which is an entirely different program all be it able to perform the same base tasks and eventually should support older veg projects. This was not a Magix decision but a Vegas Creative decision to stop development of the program. If you need to know more I suggest you visit the vegascreative website and log into the the forums dealing with Vegas products.
