Support Contact Issues

Hi,

I purchased an upgrade to Photo & Graphic Designer last week, unfortunately there seems to be an issue in that this software isn’t showing in my Magix account. I have contacted support (1 week ago) but have heard nothing back (apart from an automated email giving me a support ticket number).

Is there any way to investigate / move this along please?

Thank you

@JamesJ

These are user to user forums so, unfortunately, there is nothing anyone who posts here can do, sorry!

Have you tried replying to the automated email to ask if there is any update? Or, you could email infoservice@magix.net and ask them the same question; do make sure you supply full details of your order.

Alternatively, have you checked whether the option in your existing version of the program allows you to access the upgrade you have purchased? It is usually under Help>Check for updates (or similar wording).

@JamesJ

Hi James,

Did you not receive the email with the activation code? You should have received it immediately after purchase. Check your spam box.

The software will not show up in your account until you install and activate it.
