Suddenly cannot stretch out the bar marker - circled in yellow

So everything was fine, but after my last save, the top bar you can move around to tell the program which bars you are selecting to work on suddenly decided to minimise and I cannot lengthen or stretch it out. I have circled the element in question. I don't know what it is called. Anyone know? Or how to fix it maybe?

@Eleyan This is a bug that sometimes happens. Click on the magnifying glass icon in the bottom right corner of the arranger window and then switch to another view mode. This should reset the loop bar.
