Suddenly can't play sounds from Samplitude via my Casio keyboard

I have Samplitude Music Studio 2016 running on my Laptop (with Windows 10), and a Casio CTK-6200 keyboard connected to it via usb, as well as have a Behringer UMC404HD interface connected too. I had it working for the last few months no problem, and was able to play the instrument sounds from Samplitude via my Casio, however earlier today this suddenly stopped working. Samplitude seems to be working ok, and the sound is playing back as normal, but I just can't trigger the sounds via my Casio anymore. I've messed about with different settings to no avail.

I'm including 4 screenshots - can you tell me if I've got the right settings etc so I can fix this?

Also,

Also, I can only seem to play the sounds of the VSTis via the onscreen keyboard with my mouse when the 'play button' at the bottom is pressed. If the 'play' button is not pressed, it does not allow me to play the VSTis with my mouse. Look in the first screenshot - I have a bass guitar sound on track 6,and I've highlighted the play button with a red loop. I've also highlighted the onscreen piano keyboard in the VSTi for the bass guitar. When I hover over this keyboard with my mouse and try to play the notes, it won't work unless the 'play' button' is pressed. Why is this?

Either way, I cannot trigger any sounds via my Casio for some reason.

Hi,

You don't have a track armed for recording - the red button in the track header - so playing on your keyboard or the Samplitude keyboard does not work, but the VSTi keyboard will play a sound. Trying arming a track.

Ok I finally got it working. Looks like it was something to do with the monitor settings in Samplitude not being set correctly.
