I have used Music Maker for many years on a Windows 7 laptop with 4Gb of RAM which is not connected to the internet. There is very little on the laptop apart from my arrangements and Audacity. Suddenly, when I play any full track, there is a delay after pressing play, then a red line appears slowly at the bottom of the screen and the track stutters badly and plays in slow motion. Playing an individual sound is fine but it can't seem to cope with playing a full tune with effects etc and it seems to be using a lot of memory. I tried switching to Wave Driver in settings but this made the stuttering much worse. The arrangements load quickly and everything else appears to run fine, any ideas??
