I bought Music Studio brand new from Amazon in March 2020. This was physical media, new in the box. It had been working fine until I tried it today. Now it is demanding I activate, even though it was activated already. Both the key and email address were already filled in. When I hit activate again it comes back with the return code -24. I tried opening an issue with support, but when I try it says all of my products are out of support. There literally seems to be no way to contact this company otherwise. I'm extremely ticked right now as I paid $60 for a worthless coaster.
