Subscription expired, but why cant I use the soundpools paid for??

I dont really get it sorry. I had a free version of music maker from the website liked it and purchased a bunch of soundpools. But now that I have to keep up some kind of subscription payment when that payment doesnt go through on time Im not even allowed to use the ones I purchased, which frankly sucks. I subscribed to the unlimited loops for $19.99 being the cheapest I could find, but never used any other soundpools except the ones I had purchased. This is the 3rd time im going through this and its very frustrating., theres no support number. which is a little alarming.

Im trying to decide whether or not I want to pay for another subscription and just take all that money spent on soundpools as a loss, as no longer having employment due to COVID-19 makes keeping a subscription to difficult at this time.

Thank you for your time

Mike

Your soundpool loop files were probably replaced by mxogg files. These files only work when you have a subscription. You can delete them and redownload your soundpools in ogg or wav file format. Then it should work.

Im not sure if im doing it wrong, I have deleted and downloaded them twice but they all get downloaded with that mxcogg without being given the opportunity to change anything except the option to be either mxcogg.wav or mxcogg ogg. Do I need to independently convert all the soundpool files using a third party bulk converter? or is their a detailed guide I may use. Thank you

Did you try to change the file format in the settings?

If this doesn't work you should be able to log in on producerplanet.com and download your soundpool as wav or ogg files there.

Thanks mate, yeah those first things are what I tried but still mxcogg files in both .wav and .ogg are there like you show just the resulting files still have that file name. Im going to give that website a go. Otherwise I should be able to work it out, would never have known that mxcogg was the issue if it wasnt for you. Thanks heaps for the help. :) :).
