Stuck on "video readers are being initialized..."! :-(

Been using Magix VideoEdit Pro Plus 14 with no problems. Now, opening an ordinary mpeg4, which i've done many times before with no problems, and the program is stuck on "video readers are being initialized..." and will not get past it to load the video. Help appreciated.

You should raise a support ticket and send some sample material to the support team. There can be many problems that cause this from conflicting or confused codecs, systems problems, etc, just to name a few.

The support team will be glad to assist you if your a registered user.
